Where it all Started
In August 1993 we bought our very first doe, Gurdy a non-registered Alpine. Gurdy needed a friend, so next came SG Snowkist Royals Legacy 1*M. Our first registered Alpine and the foundation of our herd. Next we needed a herd name. We had just come back from the Florida Keys and we liked the idea of using Key in our name. Key- meaning clue, identification, explanation, entrance or solution. Our little 5 acre island-our Mamm-Key. We live on Mamm Creek Road and Mamm representing mammary was perfect. We have put our hearts into our work over many years. The strong genetics of our goats today are the result of all these beautiful powerful reference does. You will find finished champions and ADGA breed leaders.
