Keepsake comes from some of our very best milking lines. She is a very long, tall, big doe like Sebastienne & Keeper were. Keeper’s lines track very straight with great width. Keepsake has nice long legs. She has flatness of bone and is open in the rib. She has extreme dairy character with her nice long neck. She has strength of bone to go with her dairy character. Keepsake had a rear hock injury as a yearling and she was not shown or appraised until she was three. Keepsake placed 2nd behind our beautiful Apache and 2nd behind another Sailor daughter. Keepsake freshened with a beautiful mammary. With ideal teats and a beautifully attached wide rear udder and smooth blended fore udder. Her peak as a 2nd freshener was 20.1 pounds. This girl has a will to milk. I don't think we even need to bred her. She will milk and milk and milk. Keeper is here to stay as long as I can take care of her.
