DESCRIPTION:

Troubadour comes from many of our favorite lines. His sire SGCH Hallmark is a proven buck producing champions that milk. SGCH Hallmark has two championship daughters in the top-ten and his dam Hope is a National champion. Angel comes from some of the best milking lines. Amie produced 5000 pounds a year for many years. She produced as much as 24 pounds a day during the prime of her life. Amie and SGCH Hallmark are both tall long big goats. Troubadour was 12+ lbs. at birth, like his sire he is a nice long tall 300 pound buck. Like his dam, he is deep in the body and is loaded with dairy character. He is flat in bone and has wide-open ribs that are long and angular. He is high at the withers, with a long lean neck. Angel was a great producer in her day at Winsong Ranch. Her peak was 18 pounds a day. There are some other great animals in Troubadour’s pedigree. Secret is close to our SGCH Cocoa, another one of our top ten does. Breeze is Hershey’s full sister and GCH Hershey and GCH Wacker are the parents of Cocoa. GCH Hershey is another one of our top ten does. Troubadour also has some of our old coloring, like Slammer use to give us. See our Heart. Daughters’ we keep in the herd are Pika, Chalice, Silvia, Jessie, Twilight and Party Time (TJ). Pika peaked at 14+ pounds as a yearling. He has working daughters in other herds. We are very blessed to have this sweet lovely buck.
