Pastel was chosen by a 4-H girl and shown at the Garfield County Fair where she earned Reserve Grand Dairy Goat and helped the young little girl get Reserve Grand in Showmanship. She returned to our herd and placed 2nd and 4th at the Colorado State Fair. She is a very dairy little doeling. I feel she is the most dairy of the 2001 doelings. She has a long lean neck and long flat bone. Her am peaked at 16lbs this year. Pastel is a very long bodied doeling and has more grace and balance than her dam. She is very level from thurl to thrul and withers to hip. Titanium gave us three little doelings this year and when pastel had returned, I wish I had kept all three for a get of sire. All three are very balanced doelings.
